At Prophecy, we’re committed to getting your faith-inspired apparel to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is handled with care, prayer, and attention to detail so you can wear the Word and walk the Way with confidence.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please allow extra time during peak seasons or promotional sales. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days

International Orders: 10–21 business days
Please note: These are estimated timeframes provided by carriers and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder, or contact us at support@prophecyshop.co.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or invalid address, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are covered.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Prophecy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.
If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly and then email us at support@prophecyshop.co — we’ll assist however we can.
6. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control, but we will provide all necessary shipping details to assist.
7. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product.
