Refund & Return Policy

At Prophecy, we want you to love your purchase and wear it with confidence and purpose. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Damaged or worn merchandise

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@prophecyshop.co with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship your item back to the address provided in your return confirmation.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

4. Exchanges


Exchanges can be made for items of equal value, pending stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take extra time before your refund officially posts.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@prophecyshop.co, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review and replace it promptly.
